You could go to Walmart, in the 3m section where you find command hooks and shit... You can buy adhesive rubber bumpers... Those will help but may not eliminate it

Installed my fender flares... not sure I am happy with the black, might have to get them painted to match the truck.

Lived in some apartments beneath the approach to the Selfridge Air Base back when NATO was doing a lot of training out of there. My bird dogs used to point the planes as they went over head.

I love it when we are out on the lake and an A-10 Warthog lines up on us to make a mock strafing run........ LOL

Wasnt today, but yesterday. I had to let my daughter take my truck to the SF bay area for a job interview, she instatntly fell in love with the truck. She really liked how the throttle worked through the full range of motion. She drives a kia that when you first step on the gas it acts like it is gonna take off, but at around 2/3 throttle thats all its got. She asked me what I did to make it run so strong as traffic could not keep up with her in town and on the freeway if she wanted to go around someone it was more than capable, I told her it is bone stock still, she was very impressed. It appears she has my heavy foot as she said trans shifted great, no problems with it down shifting to many gears.

I did get her boyfriends car running about 10 mins after she got home with his spare key. Hearing her brag about how badass my truck is was more than enough motivation to get his car fixed so I could get my truck back lol.

Wow . .. havnen't gotten mine "dirty" yet. That'll come in a few weeks when I drive up on the forest roads.

In the mean time, got the cap installed and took some pics.

Photos of my 2017 Colorado LT with ARE V Series cap.
The cap has the inside Sliding and Swing Down Front Window, standard side windows with screens, and LED interior light.

The first interior picture is with just the inside LED light on and naturally lighted. The second interior picture is with the camera flash to see a bit more detail.
- - -The last picture shows the interior Finish and Color.

I added an Amerex B417 fire extinguisher to the useless angled "drink holder" pocket in the driver side rear door.

Gotta be prepared, yo

In all seriousness though, I had the fire extinguisher mounted in my previous car because tracks required it and transferred it to the Colorado. Have used it twice, once at an auto-x and once during a brush fire I spotted on the side of a road.

What did I do to the Canyon today? Nothing. I looked at it and then drove my Lexus to work. ;)
However, I'm taking the Canyon on a road-trip to Washington this Saturday. Looking forward to it! :D
