Fuel mileage way down

I understand its winter here in the northeast but i have an Extang Revolution tonneau cover and a Corsa db exhaust system hooked up and i do 90% city miles and am getting under 13 mpg city. Everything else is stock. Also use 87 octane. Does this seem really low?

What's your commute mileage, and what speed do you get up To?
My wife's is at 14mpg for her ~3 mile commute, and 40mph max. Getting up to high gears is what saves fuel.

Pretty similar to that. About 6 miles to work do maybe 20 miles a day max. All city. 45 mph. I just figured my performance upgrades would help some

I've learned this truck does not like the cold after two New England winters.

There's your problem. Of course you will get low mileage doing all city driving.

You need to start tracking your average speed with each fill up. It is a screen you can turn on in the DIC. This will help figure how much time you spend idling or at a stop if you have a really low average speed. I typically drive close to 50/50 city vs highway driving and my average speed stays around 35 mph.

All City driving, short trips, and cold temperatures. Your truck is hardly warmed up before you arrive at your destination which means its running rich more than its not.
