Post 2015 Cheverolet Colorado Z71 in the Studio for Comparison Shots and Install Videos!

We recently had a 2015 Cheverolet Colorado Z71 in the studio for comparison shots.

The listings are being updated with more products and 2015 Model year listings, and you'll start to see new threads in our vendor section soon!

Here's some of my favorite products and comparison photos:

*Install Video Coming Soon* (My favorite upgrade for this truck)

*Install Video Coming Soon* (5 minute install)

*HP5 194 Bulbs* (No tools needed, 30 seconds to install)

*Install Video Coming Soon*

If you have any questions about Colorado fitment, feel free to give us a call: (314) 205-3033 or email: contact@diodedynamics.com

The bulb sizes are listed in these comparison collages. Very...very easy truck to work with!

Thanks!
Nick C.

Honestly one of the easiest vehicles we've had in the studio in quite some time

This was a really well-equipped truck too

Nick, so the Chevy Colorado 2015 shows up on your guys drop down, but the GMC Canyon doesn't have a 2015 selection.

Man...can we get a little representation?

also, important to note, all these upgrades are not showing up on the model filter for Colorado either. Just the license plate bulbs.

As I mentioned in the original post, the listings are still being updated. You'll see them posted over the next week. You can of course email or call if you're interested in anything specific immediately. Thanks!

That's great! I had never thought of upgrading the backup lights. Once the truck arrives I may send in an order. I hope you ship up north!

Quick question. Your switchback installation video doesn't describe resistor installation. Do your switchback bulbs not need resistors?

They will require resistors to prevent hyperflash

We cover resistor installation in this video:

If you have any questions about resistors, feel free to give us a call: (314) 205-3033

Thanks!

@Diode Dynamics. I assume the low beams will work with the z71 projector lenses? Also, and forgive my ignorance, I assume the high beams run off of the low beam bulbs?

The high beam and low beam are separate on the Colorado. This is the kit you'll need for your low-beam projectors: Low Beam HID Conversion Kit for 2015-2016 Chevrolet Colorado - Colorado - Chevrolet - Products By Vehicle

The high-beams are separate, but you can install a matching kit in there as well

Feel free to give us a call for more information: (314) 205-3033

Thanks!
