Need help removing rear bumper

I am trying to vinyl my rear bumper, but having a hard time removing the plastic pieces that surround the bumper.

I can't seem to find any step by step instructions online either. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Have you removed the bumper first? Much easier and its only 4 bolts and the light plugs

Gotta squeeze the taps that hold the plastic in the metal bumper from the backside, and a few screws here and there

Be careful they can break easily especially when cold. Warm them up if possible

The bitch is the spare tire grommet retainer ring

By 4 bolts, you mean the large Torx (star shaped) bolts?

Search/download the installation instructions for the Zone Off-Road 1.5" body lift for our trucks. It has a step-by-step description on how to remove the rear bumper in there....

No, the 4 that hold the bumper to the frame. Remove the bolts and A little manipulation to slide the bumper off.
