I have little tears in the top of the tailgate from loading equipment in the truck. Seems like over time this could get worst. Does anyone sell a protector
for the top pf the tailgate.
No worries, I wouldn't have been surprised if I missed one. I'm getting gouges along my tailgate cap when I load things into the bed and it just started annoying me
I know the feeling...... Last summer we were sliding 75lb kayaks into the bed. I woud've thought the plastic would be harder than that - but I've got dents in it and major rub marks on the top. Yea, it's ugly....but - I've gotten over it. If I knew the plastic was that fragile, I probably woud've put something over it (kinda defeats the purpose). LOL.
(Bought a trailer so no-more sliding kayaks in the bed)
No worries mate....Your truck is doing WORK. Better off letting the plastic get messed up than the paint/metal.
