Yes. . it sure doesn't look like it will fit out Gen II Trucks. Unless there are multiple part numbers, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

It is highly suspect since in the "fitment" it lists dozens in unlike vehicles.

I'll stick with my own ($10.95) guinea pig trial of this one from Amazon:

I found this one on Amazon for an Outlander. I measured the inside of the Colorado Console and it has a bit of a taper from top to bottom. At the top it is about 5 1/4", so by adding some "truck cap foam sealer" along the sides or some other mod, I think it will wedge into place and provide a bit more upper storage for small items.

It measures approx. 7"L x 5"W x 2"H

Or this one is deeper and also leaves space behind to stand up some maps or travel brochure - - - Just needs a bit of trimming 5/8" off of the front corners.

The link that OP posted is the console insert for the Sierra's and Silverado's. I know because I had that exact one in my 2014 Sierra.

There's no way that thing will fit in the Coly's and Canyons.

Did any of you get the Outlander console organizer/insert? I just got a 2017 Midnight Z71 and I thought I saw a Colorado specific insert a few weeks ago but can't find it now. Please post pics of this one in the Colorado console. Thanks!

This company sells several inserts and trays on amazon for various trucks, except Colorado... Salex Organizers . I emailed them and asked why no Colorado, they quickly responded and asked for dimensions, saying maybe one of their others would fit. I sent them the roughly 5x9 dimensions I found in another topic here.

Maybe they will make one for Colorado if they get bunch requests from us, send them an email ... sales@salexorganizers.com :) Personally I would like a tray at the top since it is so deep. They also have organizer grids that go down into the bottom for the other trucks.

So, I got the Console Insert I ordered off of Amazon a couple of weeks ago.

Note: This looks like the same one for about $2.50 less and from the same vendor:

Same one for even less -- - -

It is as expected and fits well inside the console cavity. It also has a notch right where the USB needs to go. So all in all, a winner in my book.

I can either use it as is, or mod it. I am thinking of making a way to hang it from the lip of the console or add some rubber strips on the side to wedge it in place so it sits near the top of the console cavity.

Here are 3 initial pics. .. .

A bit deeper almost exact fit hand leaves open a space in the rear to stash a few maps, travel brochures, etc. Especially nice since the Colorado/Canyon door pockets are not so great for maps and such.

I thought so too. And I paid $10.50 before I found the better prices.

I like that the insert tray has that notch right where the USB port is.

I put 4 small foam pads on the edges of mine and it holds snugly in place and yet I can adjust it up or down deeper into the console well.
