unfortunitly in the trucking industry many expierienced drivers are getting out of trucking I am disabled but drove cross country many years and the new laws this year I almost gave up my cdl (still use it at harvest time)
to the op sorry to hear your whoas call gm I had to do that to one dealer here and my truck was fixed correctly the next day thank god that dealer doesn't deal with GM's anymore and the new GM dealership we have is great.
