Correct Opt 7 kit?

Is this the exact kit being used on the 2nd gen Colorados with projector lights?

https://www.amazon.com/OPT7-Fluxbeam...words=opt7+h11

I only ask since amazon says on the top that it does not fit the 2016, and the customer support answer I got was not conclusive.

they are H11's so that would be the correct one...but they have a newer version called fluxbeam x that's $10 more and supposed to be brighter.

I didn't see them on amazon but they have them on OPT7's site. FluxBeam X LED Headlights - OPT7

I haven't got any lights yet so I can't give you my opinion on whether they're good or not, but I have been shopping a little.

Gee thanks...>Ive spent the last few months hemming and hawing about the older version and now you have to bring something new into the mix. LOL

But thanks for that heads up. More research for me to do.

PS, those new bulbs are 60 watts so, will the heat be an issue? Stock is only 55 watts. I know its not a big difference but I don't want anything melting.

once again, I do not know from experience, but the stock bulbs are halogen, and they should produce more heat than any LED or HID setup.

curious question. I currently have LED's 60w. no problems.

I wish they were brighter, but I had a HID set fail after 6 months, they were deliciously bright but I can't be fixing HID's every few months
