Switchback Hyper Flashes

I have a 2017 Colorado LT and I'm trying to find a relay to keep the turn signals from hyper flashing with the switchbacks I bought, I rather not do resistors, Anyone know where I can buy a relay? Thanks!

There is no relay, so resistors are the only route to do this. The BCM controls these functions.
