New recall!

Anyone hear about a new recall on 2015 colorado's driver side door handle...inside.....heating up??

My stealership just called to tell me. I'd rather not let those morons pull off my door panel. It will never fit right again.

Since Dec of 2014 I have never noticed the door handle get hot on my '15 LT. Sounds a bit iffy to me.

Did the dealer also suggest you flush your headlight fluid for winter and replace the nitrogen with a radioactive argon gas mixture to cut down on the wheel thefts?

I don't understand their reasoning if it is a scam by them though. If it's a recall it would be no charge to you so what do they have to gain?

Either way, never heard of that recall or even anyone mention a hot handle?

Perhaps just a hook to get you to come in and see if you're interested in a 2016 while you're there. I got my second phone call the other day saying someone is specifically interested in my truck, and would like to buy it back from me to put me in a 2016. I know another person who is specifically interested in my truck; me.

I love the ones that state someone is specifically interested in my 2009 Wrangler with 131K miles.

When I go get my oil changed at dealer, I always walk the lot to see what they have in Canyon inventory, peak at the Sierra's. Never fails that a sales person approaches and tries to convince me that they have such a great deal for me to trade in for a new truck.

Either create an account at https://my.chevrolet.com/home/?evar18=ch_header_link or https://my.chevrolet.com/recalls to see if it list a recall for you truck. I have a feeling the recall is for another vehicle/owner and your dealership has messed up records or mistyped the VIN.
