How often is everyone seeing diesels around where they live?
The same as I have seen the blue (purple) ;) once!

Things have changed since my first post in this thread. I now see diesels every week. Saw two today, one Canyon and one Colorado. I must see close to a dozen gas trucks every single day. Every time a truck passes, I glance at the hood on Canyons or the fender on Colorados and the tailpipe on both. Still never met a parked diesel owner though. These trucks are getting very popular.

I see maybe one 2015-2017 Canyon or Colorado a day when out driving.

Since January I have seen maybe 2 diesels. But it isn't a big city area.

True dat. IMO exhaust adds more to the aesthetic than chromed plastic and double stick.

I travel all over my state for work and have never seen another diesel. I must admit I stare down any Colorado/Canyon for the badges though.

That makes more sense lol. I think this thread pertains to Colorado/canyon duramax. I think it's hard to go anywhere anymore without seeing/hearing a few 6.0 fords

Damn Canyon badges are the worst to try to spot. What brain trust decided to put them on the hood?

I've seen two in the Great Land, other than mine, and for some reason, they're both red.

I've seen several out and about in my neck of the woods. I recently met a guy with a debadged 2.8, the exhaust was the only clue. My local dealer has sold every 2.8 they have gotten in rather quickly.

I rather like that the twin's diesel badge is unobtrusive. A lot of the FS trucks have giant badges on them, they are too gaudy for my tastes. Plus the occasional double take from the FS diesel guys when my nearly incognito Canyon clatters into the fuel pumps is always fun.

Reading this thread was comforting too - it is good to know I am not the only freak out there looking at truck's tail pipes and badges
