Overland/Offroad meetup thread

So I figured maybe we can make a thread to meetup and do some wheeling instead of everyone making a new thread each time. I know we are far and few between, but I know there's a bunch of you chumps out in Cali and such. I wont be able to do those since I'm out in Central Florida, but either way. Post days, and trips here in this thread.

I'll get started. April 9th, I'll be heading out to Ocala National Forest for the day to do some trail riding out there if any of your Florida Flatlanders want to come meetup.

Most of the colorado people I go with are 2wd. Haven't met many 4wd guys locally willing to really beat on their trucks. It's always the 2wd guys! Hah go figure!

Between all the vehicle forums I've belonged to, this has been the norm for most FL folk, except the Camaro guys.

I'm in Roseville. Had my truck for 14 months and have never seen another Duramax, Colorado or Canyon....

Right after I bought the truck, the wife and I took Grouse Ridge road all the way to the end. Some nice hiking and lakes close to the campground there. We were even able to get over a snow hump that a Grand Cherokee and a Taco couldn't. And that's with all season tires and the air dam still attached...

With 200%+ snow pack, it's gonna be a long time before we can get up forest service roads like that for a while.

If you fly fish, PM me. Always looking to get out for that.

2016 Canyon SLE diesel, Brownstone Metallic, Towing Package, etc.

Mods:
Fold-A-Cover G4 Elite
Factory GMC front Mud Flaps
BigBoi Headlight Switch Mod

I'd be interested in a San Jose area meetup. Has anyone been to the state vehicle park in the Hollister area? : Hollister Hills SVRA

Yup, I've gone a couple of times

I'm always willing to go again. My schedules a little whacky right now but

This might be easier when something does get setup.

Not a lot of people from the central Washington state area, but I plan on doing a few little treks later this summer around the area once the snow clears up a little. Here's the first I'm gonna check out: Bethel Ridge trail #352

Starts on Hwy 12 (White Pass) by Rimrock lake and looks to connect up to Chinook Pass on the other side. Should be a good bit of fun. Pretty light stuff from the looks of it, but my trucks not fully outfitted yet so that's fine. If anyone's interested, let me know. I don't have anything scheduled yet, but I'm thinking early June.
