Just sold my 2005 I5 with 84,000, and I bet she will go another 100k for the new owner. Just rolled 500 miles on my 2015. Think I better rotate the rubber ;) Here's hoping these second gens prove as good as the first.

Holy crap---that's about 300 miles a day. You must do a lot of highway driving/commuting. Any issues with the truck?

214,900 on my 05 I5 Z71 4x4 crew cab.

Have had the usual problems; blower motor resistor, heater in driver's seat, vent valve, dash lights going out, rattling muffler, CD changer, etc. Over all, it's been a great vehicle.

I'm on my 2nd exhaust manifold, OE had 190,000 and aftermarket tubular steel cracked after another 100,000 miles.

Alternator went at 290,000 miles. No sweat though, amazon.com same day delivery of ac delco replacement for $124.34

Horn stopped working, I hit it a lot.

Changed factory brakes at 223,000 miles. Could see reflection of tools in rotor, didnt need to cut.

Check engine light is giving P0420, prob due to cracked manifold.

No other real issues. Just change oil every 2 weeks (3800 miles), trans and differential fluid every 50,000 and it pretty much runs forever.

I do have to say the starters are awesome, I start mine up like 20x a day and got almost 500,000 miles (5 years) of use out of it before it quit.

As of today, 291,000 miles. Thats 897,892 miles on two Canyons since April 2006.

That is amazing. Since I live in Northern NY, my V8 Colorado will never last that long. The state DOT plasters the salt on the winter roads and bodies rust off the frames long before the motor gives out.

I bought a 2006 Canyon this spring with 193,000 miles. It was the best riding, best driving, best looking of the Colorado/Canyons I considered. And the lowest price. I'm approaching 196,000 miles now.

I have 140,000 miles on my 2005 Colorado 2.8l. It was my daily driver for 4 years after I bought it in 2008 and it's been a winter only driver for the last 4 years. Now it's my full timer again, as I'm going down to one vehicle to cut expenses. It should be up to the task, considering I've recently done a fair amount of work to it: front brakes, hubs, tie rods, shocks, clutch (about $1700 total) and my ECM died at 118,000 ($800). I've replaced the serpentine belt, flushed coolant, and replaced spark plugs (Delco Iridium) once each. I change the oil every 7,500 (Mobil 1 EP) and drive-line fluids every 75,000 (Amsoil).

I don't plan on replacing it for at least another 6 years and that'll take me to around 300,000, which shouldn't be a problem.

I had 223,000 on my 2005 when I traded it in on my 2015.
Funny, my 4 cylinder was getting about 17 MPG at the time, my 6 cylinder 2015 gets 21
