The off road people would love a gas or Diesel version.

The problem with Hydrogen is one as you can see in the video it takes up much of the space in back.

Second Hydrogen is the worlds most simple element but it often is attached to a carbon element. Most hydrogen is generated by burning off the carbon to claim the hydrogen. Burning carbon is not a cheap or clean process as it is just driving on hydrogen. You have emissions just it is prior to getting to the car. Same with electric depending on the source like a coal plant and the MFG of the batteries.

Also would you want to be in a truck with a hydrogen tank in it when it is hit with a RPG? It would make the Hindenburg look like a cook out.

The truth is Hydrogen is only being developed because of California and CARB. they are forcing MFG to offer zero emission vehicles and electric cars alone are not enough.

I do love the concept of Hydrogen as I have driven the Chevy Hydrogen prototype and it is fun to drive.

Also so far refueling also takes 30 min. Better than a battery charge worse than a tank of gas. Not sure I would want to be in the field low on fuel with the enemy closing in.

Make it run on the same fuel the turbine engines in the tanks and choppers and you may have something here. Also put a 50 Cal in the bed.
