throttle body spacer will give u some better throttle response too and a few extra horses

Yeah, need to swap out the gears eventually...

And a throttle body spacer doesn't do anything for our trucks unfortunately.

ya true. i was wanderin kuz i had a few guys say a throttle body spacer wuld help some but i knew the vortec part and always wandered. thats y i havnt spent the like $96 to even get one

Is that the supermod skid plate?? And are you rubbing at all on the fenders when you turn or did you manage the clearance?

Yes, a supermod skid plate is attached to the front end.

And for the rear of the front fenders, I was able to pound in the metal edge of the fender and then pull the plastic flares back tighter to the fender and secured it with a screw on the bottom.

I was thinking the opposite, the top looks like a good match (from photos anyway). Makes it look like a big SUV, I like it.
