Looks great, I'll bet you've enjoyed the back deck while the weather was nice. Do you use the hot tub during the winter when the snow has fallen?
*Mr. Internet Policeman, you need to give yourself a warning for the language on the sign your gf gave you* :)
I had my old garage torn down and a new one put up in 2013 - 24 by 36.
Biggest hang up was the gas company had to move the gas line. They gave me a date and then dragged feet for a month, of course I had to prepay for the work so they didn't care too much when they showed up.
Finally called my state senator's office and got hold of his admin asst. She tore the gas company a new one. They promised to be out on Friday the week she called. They didn't show. I called her and left a message.
She called them Monday and I think she threatened to emasculate everyone of their execs.
Got a call saying they'd be out the next day, Tuesday at 10.
They showed at 9, had to do a more than originally planned but never charged me. I'm pretty sure they're afraid of the woman. Tiny little woman but has been in the Capitol for a long time and knows which levers to yank.
Best thing I did on the garage was get an eighteen foot door. So much easier parking two vehicles and being able to get in and out of them with the extra width.

I love that hot tub. Out there when its 35 degrees. We've only had it for a couple of months now. Hot tub was installed in October.

And the sign was put up before I became policeman powerz!!!

Yes i know it took some time but we finally primed/sealed and painted the interior garage walls:

I also had to make the wires for my speakers more presentable:

And some decorations:

I enjoyed this thread.

There can be no more important room in a house than the garage.

I just wanted to compliment your Adam's Polishes set up! Seeing your collection made me order from them for the first time and I am a customer for life! I got free samples, stickers, and candy with just a few bottles of Super VRT and Rubber cleaner I ordered. I noticed they have a headquarters in Denver just a few hours away from me so I'm gonna make a trip up there soon and see what all they have.
