Yep! That's what makes my truck a write off! The bed is my shop and the cab is my office

I have a mobile vehicle interior repair business. I fix damage like cigarette burns, worn leather, drill holes in dashes and consoles, etc. Basically anything inside a vehicle. :D

Re: Pics of stuff you've hauled...

I just got my 05 GMC Canyon about a month ago. I traded in my 05 Jeep Rubicon for it. I love the truck and the only thing i've hauled so far is 1800 lbs. of hardwood flooring for my house. We put it all in the bed and it was a little much i'd say. Oh yeah, I also haven't seen the truck in about a week because it's getting a new cylinder head to fix the misfire issue! I just want it back!

Just a full sized bed, and some totes in the back seat.

The real test will e next weekend when i move a huge sectional and chair, will probably have to make two trips. Here is a picture of the chair, don't mind the mess (or the g/f)

i'll def. get pictures of moving the sectional, it'll be a long hour drive with all of that in the bed. gonna try to get it all in one move.....gonna put the truck to the test...lol.

Re: Pics of stuff you've hauled...

Between recently having moved, projects around the house, bringing in my in-laws', neighbors', and our recycling, as well as generally helping out because I have a truck and others don't, I use my Colorado all the time. Unfortunately don't have a pic of it, but my favorite was when we where moving, and I had my brother in law's 16 foot steel Big Tex trailer, and we had the problem of moving a 7X7 shed. It's one that had to put together, and it was such a bitch (probably because the ground wasn't level) to put together, that I thought if we had to take it apart, we might not be able to get it back together. So I got about five guys together, and we picked it up and set it on the trailer. It was too wide to fit inside the rails, so we put it right on top, over the axel, and strapped it down. The shed is already eight feet or so tall where the roof peaks, and it was sitting another four feet high in the air because of the shed. So I had about eleven feet of shed sitting on a sixteen foot trailer, all being pulled by my regular cab 2.9! It really dwarfed the truck, but it was no problem to pull.

2007 Colorado Regular Cab, Silver, OEM H3 wheels with chrome Chevy center caps, Bridgestone Dueler A/T 235/75s, GM tow bar, GM bedmat, helper springs, Bushwacker tailgate cap, Flowmaster 50 Series SUV <<<deep, quiet and 0 rice), Gibson slash tip, K&N filter, Bajas

Re: Pics of stuff you've hauled...

About the heaviest things Ive ever hauled was a solid oak curio cabinet with lots of glass. I also hauled a front-load washer & dryer. Those buggers are HEAVY!

Mind you this was all before I lowered it. About the heaviest thing Ive hauled since then is 2 60lb bags of sand for winter traction. LOL.
