Never use Armorall, that stuff will dry out and crack anything you put it on.
I've used STP Son of a Gun long term with excellent results. Recently switched
to Tonno Tonic sold thru Extang, very long lasting and so far looking great.
Just my two cents.

I don't like anything oily or greasy on my seats. A big part of conditioning is CLEANING it first. I'm a fan of the Lexol cleaner and conditioner.

I have always used Lexol with great results. Leather seems to stay nice and supple, as does the vinyl without the greasy after-film that seems to be left by other products. They have a cleaner and a separate protectant. I am pretty sure you can get it just about anywhere.
