Trail Guide R/T tires????

Anyone ever hear of these? I saw some at a tire store today and the salesman says they're a good tire and last about 50k miles. They're a pretty aggressive looking tire. Looks like a cross between an A/T and a Mud tire. Anyways, when he could sell me something more expensive, he pointed me toward them. Four tires, mounted/balanced/tax, for $407.00.

My only issue is, I can't find them anywhere on the net. Sooooo, I'm a little leary of buying them.

But I need to do something soon. One of my Generals appears to be about as round as a box. But, I've got 50K on them so no big deal. I knew this day would come. It's just really bad timing since my wife just had surgery this past week and we don't have a lot of cash saved up now.

Well, I found a picture of them, but not much info. They look way more aggressive than the photo shows. The grooves are deep.

Danny, Trail Guide tires fall under a company called multi mile tires they are all manufactured by Goodyear, Cooper, Kuhmo etc, I believe those particular ones are manufactured by Goodyear

She's fine, thanks very much for asking. She had to have her gall bladder removed. I walked her butt off since Thursday. But it's done her good.
