So this might be a dumb question, but i'm going to ask it anyway. If I buy the 6000k for my Hi's and my Low's, will the Hi's be brighter or will they be the same because they are both 6000k?

Colour has no effect on the brightness... its all about the wattage.
Head over to HID Kits, BMW Aftermarket Bumpers & Lighting, DEPO - DDM Tuning (suggested item).... 35w is less bright than 55w.

Actually color does have an effect on brightness the higher color rate will be less bright. For example 12,000k is a lot less bright than 6000k. You more color than light output. Atleast that's what I have read.
