amp placement?

Hey guys I got a 2011 Colorado crew cab and was wondering where you would suggest mounting amps for speakers and sub? I was thinking behind the rear seats or under them, I did find a box for a 10 sub woofer and amp that fit under the right rear seat and then extends out in front of the middle seat, just looking for suggestions or n e one who has what im looking at? N e help is appreciated :D, and I don't remember the site for the box arm :/

I mounted my amps to the wall behind the rear seats. Just screwed into the plastic. I actually just finished putting in the second one and i havent put the rear seats back in yet. I can post a picture tomorrow if you want.
