Default Stuck CD

CD stuck in 2004 standard AM/FM/XM/CD radio. Any suggestions on how to get it out. The messages says "check CD" I would if it would come out.
:(

Try hitting the eject button with the truck off.

Same problem. Had to take it to the dealer(under warranty). They send it out to be replaced and they mail the cd to your house. Some plastic piece inside breaks. Sort of known for it.

Thanks for the suggestions. My Mom suggested two butter knives have worked for her. I tried that two but no luck. I pulled it out with a wire with a hook. Now I can not put another cd in. there seems to be a little post sticking up, preventing the cd from coming out or going in.

Also the lights on the switch for the radio buttons 1 and 2 are out. the rest are lit up. is this a fault code.

thanks
