Default Blower fan only works on high

My ac blower fan only works on level4 for sure, level 3 does not work at all and levels 1 & 2 work intermittently.

What do i do to fix it, my guess is it is a resistor gone bad, but i don't know wear to look?

Any help would be appreciated
