It might be your cv joint. I'm sure someone with more knowledge will be able to help you more.

I have a similar problem, it feels like im driving down a rumble strip until i shift into 4x4. I cant tell which side its coming from. I've been told cv shaft, wheel bearing, u joints or ball joints. i replaced a bad cv but no help. I checked the u joints and replaced the front one as it was worn badly. I'm in the process of replacing ball joints (which are slightly worn) but i have no faith in that fixing the problem. The wheel bearings both seem fine. Im at a loss here.

P.S. My truck has almost 100,000 miles on it and it started doing it 5000 miles ago. it only seems to do it at 60mph or above.
