Chevy Powered Wrangler "Chaotic Assebly"

So my "other" uhhh "GM" is a 2011 Jeep Wrangler powered by a 2009 6.2L Escalade motor/trans!

She is a 2011 Wrangler with:
An almost new take out 6.2L / 6L80E trans from a 2009 escalade running G.M OBD system AND Chrysler's CanBuS so seamless integration and all oem functionality is present.

Dynatrack Dana 44 up front with RCV shafts

G2 Dana 60 Rear that has been cut / rotated 60* with Dana 80 Bearings and arb locker G2 axle shafts.

Ace engineering pro series rear bumper / carrier setup

Smitty front bumper with X-20 12K winch

BDS 3" lift with Teraflex monster arms and Fox Shocks , Synergy Rod ends , RK Drag link and Teraflex Monster Track bar

37" Goodyear MTR's

Teraflex Big brake kit from 1500 Ram

Trucklite Phaze 7 LED lighting , Rigid Duallies aux lighting

Lots of O+ blood here and there LOL

Thanks man! I still have some things left to do with her ... small stuff really like some finish welding on some bracketry on the Dana 60 etc, Hydro-assist steering etc.

Does it still surprise you how many folks do not know the fastest way to fix your car - or any piece of machinery - is to first punch the side of your tool box ... hard enough to make a knuckle or two bleed? 'Cause it never ceases to amaze me.

Like what you've done with the Wrangler. I've always loved the chopped '32 Ford roadsters sportin' a small block Chevy mill. I secretly dream of building a Chevy powered Shelby AC kit car someday (soon as my money tree blooms). Paint "Powered by Chevy, MoFo" in elegant calligraphy across the back.

Looking forward to seeing more pics of your handiwork, especially the engine and drive train. Just wanted to say, "Well Done."

Like the airshow pics, too. Is a P-51 music to the ears or what?

p51 Allison ... cold start goosebumps. SO MUCH nicer than listening to twin T700-GE-701 every day (Allthough that really is not all that bad either LOL)
