I'm all for this. We have two late-model Chevrolets and both are high quality at a reasonable price. Profit sharing is good for morale, so good for customers as well as employees.

The real question is will this actually trickle down to the employees we see on the floor and behind the counters? I hope so but highly doubt it.

It probably doesn't go to dealers if that's what you mean. But it is a good incentive for the people building your truck, who probably deserve it more than anyone. That is my experience with my company's profit sharing anyway.

I work at the gm Parma stamping plant, and I make Colorado parts. After taxes we will clear $6,800, and I will be spending this money on truck parts lol!! It only applies to hourly gm factory employees.

Something they need to be reminded of the next time they're planning a strike.

They gave huge concessions when things were tight a few years back-they deserve this!

We need more union jobs in this country.
