fuse box/ electrical problems 04 with I5

where there a lot of them. the other month the TB lost its 12volt source and caused a code and reduce power. now yesterday the truck would not start. hauled it to a shop and found out the fuel pump is not getting power. is this a common thing?

Where, in the fuse box, is the 12volt source of power for the Throttle Body? Which fuse protects the circuit? I thought the TB circuit was only between the PCM and the TB.

Both conditions are not common. Where is the fuel pump losing power?

Not sure where the fuel pump is loosing power. The shop needs to dig deeper.

Check and clean the grounds on both front inside fenders.

Wiring diagrams are located here:

update the shop tore into the fuse box and found the contacts for the fuel pump fuse was not right. corrected that and now all is well. not sure why a past owner was in there to mess it up. but that is all it could be
