Default Throttle body/Check engine light

I decided to clean my throttle body the other day after my truck was running a bit rough, cleaning it no problem got rid of the rough idle but know 2 days later my check engine light has appeared!!! Has anyone had this problem after cleaning their throttle body? I disconnected the battery but the light came back on while I was driving a few hours later. I'd appreciate any help, THanks
