If I do, it'll be with the new slide-in pop-up camper I just bought for it! (Hence the shell for sale) :)

FLEET POP-UP (REGULAR 6' BED) - Four Wheel Campers | Low Profile, Light Weight, Pop-up Truck Campers

Of the FWC's, only the Fleet and the Eagle fit the Colorado/Canyon. The Fleet is the way to go.

With that thing weighing 1000lbs aren't you worried about going over your payload with passengers and gear?

BDS 5.5" Lift with Fox Shocks
RBP 94R 18x9 with custom Laser Blue inserts
305/65R18 Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs

GVWR (5900) - Base weight (4310) = 1590lbs for payload. 1590 - 975 (dry camper) = 615 lbs leftover for myself, wife, dog, water, food, and gear.

It'll be close, and maybe a touch over occasionally, but I beefed up the suspension with after market air bags. Considering I will only have the camper on for trips, I'm not too concerned. People have been hauling lightweight campers like these in mid-sized trucks for ages - and the Colorado has greater capacity than those older Tacomas, etc.
