Hotel Booking:
20 rooms blocked off for this meet.
Our group name is "South East Truck".
The rate rate is $66.11/night which includes state and hotel tax.
Book with a credit card. You have until September 1, 2009 to book a room under our group. If you do not book by then, you're on your own. Any additional rooms will be turned back over to the hotel by this date.
Can cancel individual rooms up to 48 hrs in advance without being penalized.
Responsible behavior is expected in the parking lot and inside your room. If any damages occur you will be responsible for the cost of any damages plus a 10% hotel service fee.

Other Costs:
$8 per day to enter the park (collected at the gate to enter)
$10 to cover the cost of food and non alcoholic drinks Saturday afternoon/evening. You will also get a raffle ticket and a chance to win door prizes and sponsor donated items.

Meet Info:
The meet will be in the early afternoon of Saturday the 10th, start time - 1 pm but I am sure there will be several of us arriving in the morning some time.

DISCLAIMER.....There is mention of alcohol above and below. Neither myself nor any of the forums owners, supporters, vendors, moderators, etc. can nor will be responsible for any of your actions at or after the meet if alcohol is involved. Please drink responsibly.

The location has new tables, lots of parking, close restrooms (across the street) and alcohol (no glass) is allowed in this area of the park. We will need to bring our own grills and shelter. Glass beverages not allowed in the park. The small town nearby (~10 minute drive @ ~3 miles) has the standard small fast food restaurants, a couple fancier restaurants, a movie theater and a Target store. Search the google map link above for additional details of the surrounding area.

I tried to get a Keystone Restyling - Good Ram Air Style Hood donated to give away but with no luck due to market conditions. But..... they have offered participants a 20% discount, off standard jobber price, for the month of October.
