The how-to shows the fender flare measuring at 35 1/2 inches from the ground. Is that stock height? or is that sagging? Does anyone know what the stock height for a z71 is?

Don't measure from the ground. Sitting on a level surface the front should measure around 21 inches center of hub to bottom edge of fender flare for 2004-2008 z71s. 2009-2012 will be about an inch higher.
