Sorry misread the year of your Colorado.

Order placed with dealership - 3/11/16

Dealer placed order with GM - 3/14/16

Target Production Week (TPW) - 4/4

Event code 3400 - 4/5/16

Given VIN and shipped - 4/12/16

Delivered to dealership - 4/23/16

Finally back home and picked up my Canyon! 5/1/16!

If it's maximum lift you are after then a 4" sub frame lift with 3" body lift is it. You can also crank the torsion bars for a couple of more inches in the front. For the rear you can do a spring over axle conversation but that takes some fabrication and welding.

CST used to make a 5 inch sub frame lift but I think they stopped production of it. You can try searching the Web for one.

If you plan on running anything bigger than 33 inch tires you may want to swap to 4:10 gears in the differentials if the truck isn't already equipped with them

Subframe lifts use add on cross members and other parts that relocate lower control arms, front diff, and torsion bars to maintain the factory suspension geometry and reduce wear and tear on suspension, steering and front drive train parts.

Consider the Rancho 4" subframe lift, rear add-a-leaf, and 3" Performance Accessories body lift.
