Lift Kit

Hey guys, i'm kinda new here and im looking to see if anyone can help me. I have a 2004 Colorado crew cab z71 package and im looking to lift it this summer. Not quite sure whats the best option, spacers, body lift, add a leaf, or new coils and springs.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

You can't use spacers or new coils. Your truck doesn't have coil springs.

Look through the 1st gen suspension section. Search by my user name.
I've answered Z71 lift question many many times. Once you learn what you have and need follow up questions come on back.

Your truck has a torsion bar front end, so look up torsion bar lifting.
A 2004-2012 torsion bar truck has been lifted hundreds of times. You should not have any problems finding some basic information that will help get you started.

Another thing to help us answer your questions is how much do you want to lift?, what is your budget? , what size tires are trying to fit?
