anyone hear anything good or bad about MaxTrac? I found a 2" rear shackles and 3" Front Spindles for a decent price. If I do go this route am I able to add on 2.5 Coil Spacers to the front? I don't know what I could add in the back to lift the rear more.. help a newbie on lifting out?

I've never heard of them. Yes you can use coil spacers with spindles.

For the rear you can use an add a leaf with the shackles. Or do a spring over axle conversion for 5 and a half to 6 inches of lift

I had that SST kit from Ready Lift installed on my 2WD back on 2009, really increases the ride height to a similar Z71 4x4, I was able to fit 30" tires there on stock rims.

Before Lift

After lift:

Current (only back shackles):

The only problem I had was related with some washers supplied that goes directly to the bottom arm, those things weared terrible fast!. After 3 months my front suspension got a lot of rattles and weird sounds (like if something was loosen). 3 visits to the suspension shop, nothing was loose, just those washers with a noticeable deformation and wear. (I followed the instructions with absolutely precision, and the kit was installed in a professional suspension shop)

I ended taking the front lift out and keep the rear shackles. (love the high stance on back and down stance in front).

In brief, I had no luck with that kit.

I can't say you will or won't, but you might run into alignment issues running the lift spindle and the strut spacer. I had to get longer upper control arms to be able to align my truck, but I'm running the 5" CST spindle and a 2.5" strut spacer, not the 3" spindle.
