Thanks! the shackles are something I dont really want to impose on in the market, it seems there is quite a few suppliers now. where as my skid plates are my own design and no one else supplies them. I dont mind making some up to help out people of long wait periods from other suppliers, but I dont want at all to cause any conflict with those who have been here selling them. But it is a possibility. Anyway thanks for the welcome back and I will be around more often. On another note does anyone know of a redesign on the Colly coming up soon? I would love to see if there is a new design on the way.
This may sound funny, but I have looked for these items for over 3 months, emailed many suppliers and nothing, nada, not one lead on a pair. Some guy stated he was making them, but was "out". I have emailed in 3 or 4 different times and I finally gave up on him.

I've got the photos and measurements over to my folks house. The guy across the street is a metal fab/welder business owner. Just waiting for a quote.

I am time pressed right now because the military is sending me out for 8 months and I may be out the door in 10 days.

I may be stuck using the 1.25 inch lift shackles that E-Prey sold me as "2" inch ones for the rest of this year.

So the real question is this, are you making them and how much?

DOH!

Like I said, I am super stressed at the moment. I had 6 weeks to leave the USA to defend the US on it's WOGT, today they are telling me I need to leave in 10 days...........It's a bit overloaded here. Family is currently out of state. Full time college student. Full time AD Navy. Only one in the office because 1 co-worker is in TX and the other is also in the middle of the WOGT.....

I'll try to read closer on the lines next time.

Thank you
Guy

They are in stock now yes. But shipping takes time, and to get them there faster is actually more money then people think. For a couple days service is basically the same as the shackles cost.
Well, if I do not leave until JULY 14th like I am SUPPOSED to do, I would have time to get them in, installed, and done.

I have to wonder how I can help recover the other purchase where I was ripped. I am tempted to file a claim against the seller, and I am certaintly NOT going to sell them and claim ignorance like they did to me.

I doubt anyone here wants a mismatched finish set of 1 1/4 lift shackles for the colorado/S-10 truck. Even at a good price!

If I am leaving in 10 days, I will perhaps use what I have now to get the new shocks on, and perhaps with only a mini lift that will have to do until next year.

Have you though about making a plate for the front of the gas tank? I'm a little nervous about my fuel filter hanging out there.

Also, how about one that protects the cables that loop under the frame near the drivers door? :D

Okay, I just got back home from bubaloo's house! He actually helped install the whole set of plates. With this new shiny aluminunm plates protecting my truck I'll definitely go into bush more often! :) Believe me guys, the new plates just make your truck look excellent! As a matter of fact there're some changes in dimensions on 2007 models, that's why bubaloo and I spent about 2 and a half hours getting the plates on. I'm sure that after my set, which is his first set made for 2007 model and the first set he made after deciding to come back into business, the design of the plates for all the 2007 colly/canyon will finally settled and up running.

Great job, bubaloo!
