Hotel Booking:
20 rooms blocked off for this meet. Must give them the group name and the weekend.
Our group name is "South East Truck" or "South East Truck 355 Group" and the weekend is of course Oct 22 & 23.
The rate rate is $66.11/night which includes state and hotel tax.
Book with a credit card. You have until September 20, 2010 to book a room under our group. If you do not book by then, you're on your own. Additional rooms not reserved will be turned back over to the hotel by this date.
Can cancel individual rooms up to 48 hrs in advance without being penalized (Wednesday before 4pm).
Responsible behavior is expected in the parking lot and inside your room. If any damages occur you will be responsible for the cost of any damages plus a 10% hotel service fee.

Other Costs:
$8 per day to enter the park (collected at the gate to enter)
$10 to cover the cost of food and non alcoholic drinks Saturday afternoon/evening. You will also get a raffle ticket and a chance to win door prizes and sponsor donated items. To increase your chances of winning prizes, additional raffle tickets can be purchased at the meet for $5 each. All money left over will be donated for forum and website support!

The meet will be in the early afternoon of Saturday the 23rd, start time - 1 pm but I am sure there will be several of us arriving in the morning some time.

The location has new tables, lots of parking, close restrooms (across the street) and alcohol (no glass) is allowed in this area of the park. We will need to bring our own grills and shelter. Glass beverages not allowed in the park. The small town nearby (~10 minute drive @ ~3 miles) has the standard small fast food restaurants, a couple fancier restaurants, a movie theater and a Target store. Search the google map link above for additional details of the surrounding area.

I live like an hour and a half away from stone mountain. haha. i might just sleep in the back of my truck because I am so cheap. High School is a hard place to make money. Lol.

I have to get parental permission though seeing as though I am not even 16 yet... Lol.

Haha. Yeah. Don't think they would care that much. I will prolly come alone and just bring my .357 and Great Dane. lol. I can handle myself.

I would love to make it but is a 7 1/2 hour drive. I live in NC and travel to WV all the time so lol. I am in the process of selling my 04 Colorado and buying a 2007 Isuzu I-370 same thing but 4x4 and loaded.

Last year we had people in from New York and Texas so there are people out there will to do the drive!

If I dont have work or a horse show I may drop in .... Im only an hour away and Im ready for some good ideas on what to do with my truck but I gotta get the 4 wheel drive fixed!

I will be tuning again this year but I may also see if Gerry & James want to offer their remote tuning so I can enjoy a little more of the meet this year. Those details will be release later on the nation.
