My 2021 Colorado Crew Cab sometimes squeaks when turning left. It seems to happen when the truck is cold. Wondered I’d anyone has had that happen or has any ideas.

While moving or sitting still?

I will assume this is at low speed as well. This is likely a bit of brake pad drag that happens when the wheels are turning in a tight radius compared to speed. Basically the hubs have a very small amount of play to them and can allow the rotor to pivot that small same small amount closer to the brake pads. Our electric steering rack can actually put quite a bit of strain on the knuckles without us even knowing in the cab since we don't get the real feel of it like on a hydraulic rack and pinion setup.
I wouldn't be surprised if the squeal was only there when off the brakes and would go away if you hit the brakes lightly to bring both pads into contact with the rotor.

All that said if this does concern you then I would get in contact with the dealer about it to have them check and make sure everything is tight as it should be and nothing looks out of place.

Also I think mine does this from time to time as well. Of course mine is a 17' zr2 so it's a bit older.

Is it a squeaky old door sound or a tire squeal or like something is jiggling around?? Does it happen when turning the steering wheel or just when rounding the turn? Is it constant, intermittent or random? Does speed affect the noise? Get specific, or it's gonna be SUPER difficult to diagnose from "makes a noise when turning left".

If it's old door when moving the wheel, that's a ball joint. If it's tire squeal rounding a turn, that's alignment. If it's squeaking like something is loose, it could be a variety of things.

I mean if it is tire squeel it could be other things like tire pressure being either too low or too high, or you are on the brink of exceeding lateral force the tire can handle (but that would be weird to have just from 1 tire).

If it is a door sound I would also ask does it make that sound when only loading that suspension side too? Like it COULD be bad spring preload, weird preload issue on the sway, or control arms too. But yeah there are a shitload of moving parts under there
